Turn parking spaces into dependable charging infrastructure
EVC Group delivers charging for commercial property and car parks—from tenant and staff provision to public destination charging. We combine infrastructure, user experience, payment and long-term operation in one practical plan.
Different users. One site-wide strategy.
A commercial car park may serve tenants, employees, customers, residents, fleet vehicles and the public. Each group can have a different dwell time, access right, tariff and service expectation. The charging strategy needs to separate those requirements without creating fragmented infrastructure.
EVC designs the electrical, civil and software architecture together so bays can be allocated, controlled and expanded as demand grows.
Solutions for commercial destinations
Commercial offices and managed estates
Tenant allocation, workplace benefits, visitor charging, cost recovery and landlord reporting across single or multi-occupancy sites.
Retail, hospitality and leisure
Destination charging shaped around customer dwell time, brand experience, turnover and the commercial approach to tariffs or parking validation.
Public and private car parks
Accessible payment, signage, bay layout, enforcement interfaces, lighting, uptime and remote support for facilities that may operate beyond staffed hours.
Developments and new construction
Early coordination of grid, distribution, civils, containment, bay design and future capacity—reducing the cost and disruption of retrofitting later.
Start with demand and dwell time
High power is not automatically the best answer. A hotel guest, office employee and retail customer use a car park differently. EVC uses expected dwell time and energy need to recommend AC, DC or a mixed charging offer.
For public-facing rapid charging, the business case should consider utilisation, energy cost, connection cost, operating fees, payment, parking rules and maintenance—not only charger revenue.
Choose the right operating model
Own and operate
The site funds the infrastructure, controls the tariff and retains the commercial relationship, supported by a CPMS and maintenance arrangement.
Managed service
A specialist manages defined operational elements such as payment, customer support, monitoring or maintenance on the owner’s behalf.
CPO or funded model
A charge point operator funds or operates the assets under a commercial agreement. Availability depends on site attractiveness, expected utilisation and contract terms.
EVC can help compare the infrastructure and delivery implications. Commercial and legal advice should be taken before entering a long-term operating agreement.
Infrastructure that can expand
- Capacity and maximum-demand assessment
- Distribution sized for the agreed phase and protected future growth
- Load management across chargers and building demand
- Ducts, draw pits and passive bay infrastructure where justified
- AC, DC or mixed-power charging
- Mounting, impact protection, wheel stops and cable management
- Bay markings, wayfinding and accessible provision
- CPMS, payment terminals and parking-system interfaces
A better driver experience
Commercial charging succeeds when drivers can find the bays, understand the price, start a session and get help when something goes wrong. Physical layout, signage, mobile signal, payment choice, lighting and maintenance all contribute to the experience.
EVC considers those operational details during design and handover rather than treating them as a separate layer after construction.
Multi-site consistency with site-specific design
Portfolio owners need repeatable standards, but not every property has the same electrical supply, parking geometry or demand profile. EVC can establish preferred equipment, design principles and commercial rules, then manage controlled exceptions at each site.
- Portfolio review and site prioritisation
- Repeatable survey and design templates
- Standard pricing architecture with site-specific exceptions
- Programme reporting and stakeholder coordination
- Consistent handover, asset records and maintenance mobilisation

What Our Customers Say
The installation itself went as smooth as possible, and everything was left neat and tidy. When installation day came, Asif, the installer, contacted us well in advance with an ETA that was stuck to. Overall, the help, guidance, and service received from Andrew was exceptional. We had experienced problem after problem with our energy supplier (So Energy, for anyone interested) and genuinely thought this install wouldn't happen, but the team delivered a great experience.
Amazing customer service and communication by Andrew, i would highly recommend. Amazing company
EVC where very helpful throughout the process leading up to the installation, particularly in helping to resolve some of the challenges a 1930's house can introduce. The installer Oliver was very efficient and did an excellent job. Also EVC were easy to contact and quick to respond
They know their work load and optimised their time beautifully. No mucking rounding from their end. I had medical situation with my dad and they organised around me without adding stress to my day. I couldn’t have asked for a more co operative and caring company. On top of that, the engineer was polite, caring and clean! He left my house and drive clean. He kept us up to date on what he was doing and gave us enough notice for when power would go off and how long for and then gave us a full explanation on how to start and use the EV charger.
Thank you for today and the effort you have put in to get my charger in. It’s much appreciated.
My charger was installed by Oliver who contacted me to give me notice of his attendance. The install went really well and Oliver explained the whole charging process and app. I would highly recommend.
An excellent, efficient OHME EV charger installation by EVC. Asif fitted the equipment and cabling very neatly. Chris did a brilliant job replacing the block paving after digging a trench. He made a fantastic effort in levelling, cleaning and re-sanding the paving so It looked better than before.
Both Chris and Asif were pleasant and trustworthy. The good communication throughout from Andrew was appreciated. I highly recommend them and EVC to potential customers.
I can’t fault EVC from start to finish the communication has been excellent. Ours was a tricky install spanning a long distance and across a path but Asif, our engineer, fitted the wiring neatly and worked all day in the rain to ensure the work was completed. Asif was professional and friendly and a credit to EVC.
The communication from Andrew throughout made sure I knew what would happen when. I highly recommend this company.
I’d have Chris and Ollie back in a heartbeat.
