Key Referral
Conditions

Receive £25 when a new customer you recommend completes and pays in full for a qualifying residential EV charger installation booked directly with EVC.

The referral must be submitted before the new customer contacts EVC or requests a quotation.

Existing EVC customers and leads, self-referrals, commercial projects and installations supplied through an EVC partner programme are excluded.

The scheme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. One reward is available per customer, property or installation. Full terms and conditions apply.

FAQs

When do I get paid?

The £25 referral reward is paid once the referred customer’s qualifying installation has been completed and EVC has received payment in full. We will contact you using the details provided on the referral form to arrange payment. Please allow up to 30 days following completion of the installation for the reward to be processed.

What counts as a qualifying referral?

A qualifying referral must be a new customer who has not already contacted EVC or received a quotation, be submitted through the EVC referral form before the customer places an order, result in a completed and fully paid qualifying residential installation, and include accurate contact information and the referred person’s permission to be contacted.

Can businesses refer customers?

Yes. Businesses can make occasional referrals through the Recommend EVC scheme. Companies looking to refer customers regularly, including dealerships, estate agents, fleet providers and other organisations, should contact us to discuss a formal referral or delivery partnership.

Can EVC engineers refer customers?

EVC employees, engineers and installation subcontractors are not eligible for the public Recommend EVC customer reward. Any employee or subcontractor referral arrangements will be managed separately through an internal scheme.

Can estate agents refer customers?

Yes. Estate agents can refer homeowners through the Recommend EVC scheme. For regular referrals or a wider customer offering, we recommend discussing a formal partnership with EVC.
